It is great to see Rollins back in the fold. He was missed during his last break. It remains to be seen when he will make his televised return, though.
Why did Seth Rollins make WWE return at a house show?
WWE is about to head to Mexico City for a few events. The Sep. 11 edition of Friday Night SmackDown and the Sep. 14 edition of Monday Night RAW will be held at Arena CDMX. Additionally, the second night of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide’s Triplemanía 34 will be held there on Sunday, Sep. 13.
The “Visionary” has been absent from WWE since SummerSlam 2026 on Aug. 2. He lost to Reigns in the main event of the show, putting an end to their longstanding feud.
Over the last year, Rollins has been involved in several high-profile feuds. In 2025, he formed The Vision, a stable with Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman. They would later add Bronson Reed before Rollins was eventually kicked out of the group in October.
He is one of the most decorated Superstars of all time. Rollins has won six world championships, and he has won two Money in the Bank ladder matches. He is also a former Royal Rumble winner.
