Who leads the FWB-area in passing, rushing, receiving through Week 3?

Every area high school football coach will reinforce the axiom: "Defense wins championships. "

We've seen that motto take flight in some of the year's best games so far: Mosley 15, Choctaw 13; Florida High 18, South Walton 15; Choctaw 21, Pace 14; Baker 20, Holmes County 14; Lincoln 13, Crestview 10; and so forth.

But we also know the offense has to keep its defense fresh and off the field as much as possible come postseason time. Mosley, although out of our coverage area, and Walton specifically have done a beautiful job so far of sustaining drives and managing the clock three weeks into the season. We've seen some area teams feature the aerial attack more (Navarre, Niceville), some pound the rock (Baker, Freeport) and others have a fairly equal split (Destin, South Walton).

With that said, we've compiled offensive stats (according to MaxPreps) to highlight the area's stat leaders spanning from Navarre to Okaloosa County to Walton County. Every area team has played three games except for 2-0 Walton.
