Armless para-archer Sheetal Devi won two medals, including a gold, as India secured six medals on the concluding day of the World Archery Para Series on Tuesday. The host finished second with its tally of four gold, three silver and eight bronze, behind Czechia, which topped the table with five gold.

Sheetal combined with Toman Kumar to get past Iraq’s Hameed Sarah and Kadhim Abbas 157-145 for the compound mixed team bronze. Then, she pipped Kazakhstan’s Seidan Aizada 144-144 (shoot-off 10-9) in the final to bag the women’s individual gold.

In the recurve mixed team final, Bhawna and Harvinder Singh defeated China’s Lang Quirong and Xia Lei 6-0 to claim the day’s second gold. Later, Bhawna outsmarted compatriot Rajshri Rathod 6-0 for the women’s individual bronze.

Toman went past Abbas 143-138, while Sarita beat China’s Wang Huiting 141-140 for the compound men’s and women’s bronze medals respectively.
