Manchester United are monitoring Ismaila Sarr’s situation at Crystal Palace in the closing stages of the transfer window.

Sarr has been subject of interest from Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray, who had hoped to secure the Senegalese winger for around £30m.

Sarr has given his approval to Galatasaray and the opportunity to play Champions League football, though a big gap remains between the two sides’ valuations.

Palace’s asking price is significantly higher with the Eagles wanting around £50m for the 28-year-old.
