Junior Pauga played twice for Samoa against England in 2024 [SWPix] Hull FC have signed Sydney Roosters centre Junior Pauga on a two-year deal to begin next season. The 30-year-old will join the Super League club for the 2027 and 2028 campaigns having played mostly in the New South Wales Cup. He joins having made 25 NRL appearances as well as scoring 11 tries in a career which also saw him turn out for Wests Tigers. "My manager spoke to me three weeks ago about the possibility of heading over to England, saying that Steve McNamara was pretty keen to have me over there in Hull, so I was really appreciative of that," he said. "I'm an aggressive player on both sides of the ball. That power I bring is something I'm excited to bring over to Hull." Pauga joins alongside fellow Rooster Daly Cherry-Evans, with the mercurial half-back joining Hull for next season. He is incoming head coach McNamara's seventh signing for next season, joining Cherry-Evans, Bailey Hodgson, Isaac Liu, Alrix Da Costa, Jordan Swann and Joshua Coric.
