[Getty Images] Nottingham Forest have appointed former Olympiacos vice president Theodore Giannikos as chief executive. He replaces Lina Souloukou who stepped down from the role at the City Ground at the end of last season. A statement from the club said Giannikos "will lead the club's strategic direction and oversee the delivery of its long-term ambitions, both on and off the pitch". He worked at Fifa as director of strategic partnerships and media projects and was director of legal strategic projects and director of Member Associations Services during a decade at world football's governing body. Giannikos also served as an executive board member of the European Club Association (ECA) from 2012 to 2016.
