The British Automotive Dealership is located just northeast of the Horizon Stadium, which is the large circular building on the west side of the map. If you have the Evolving World filter on, look for the blue and purple circle with a white globe icon in the middle. The dealership will remain in this location for the rest of the British Automotive series, so keep coming back for more cars to purchase.
The original aftermarket dealership in this location had three cars for sale, but the British Automotive Dealership unfortunately will only have two. However, if you don't like what you see, you can restart your game to refresh the cars on sale.
To make up for the missing car, you can test drive the seasonal reward from the British Automotive series (albeit for three minutes total). As the Festival Playlist is full of exclusive rewards, this is a great way to get a taste of what the season reward has to offer without having to complete all the series challenges.
