Two Gurukul Patashala boys issued TCs after alleged attack on classmate
Two class VIII students of a Gurukul Patashala in Gyarampalle mandal of Annamayya district were issued transfer certificates (TCs) from the school following allegations that they attempted to harm a classmate while he was asleep in the hostel.

According to officials, the student approached the Mandal Education Department and alleged that the two boys had pressed his neck with their feet during the incident. He reportedly managed to escape and subsequently brought the matter to the notice of the authorities.

During an inquiry conducted by Mandal Education Officer Reddy Basha on Wednesday, the two students reportedly acknowledged their involvement in the incident, which took place a week ago. Officials said that the boys allegedly told the inquiry team that they believed a death in the residential school would lead to a one-day holiday.

As an interim measure, the Education authorities issued transfer certificates to the two students and handed them over to their parents.
