Texans wide receiver Jayden Higgins left the team's joint practice with the Raiders early. It appeared to be a lower-body injury, Jonathan Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports. Higgins hit the ground on a red-zone play in team drills. Athletic trainers checked him out before he walked off the field under his own power. Coach DeMeco Ryans did not offer an update after practice, but quarterback C.J. Stroud said he thinks Higgins' is "fine." Higgins, who is entering his second season, has had a productive camp. He made 41 catches for 525 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie.
