The Tennessee Titans open the 2026 preseason Thursday night at Levi's Stadium against the San Francisco 49ers. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. CT.
New Titans head coach Robert Saleh returns to the Bay Area after serving as the 49ers' defensive coordinator a year ago. Saleh has indicated Tennessee will play everyone, with starters expected to see more than a series of work. That should provide second-year quarterback Cam Ward and the offense meaningful early snaps under new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.
San Francisco is expected to rest many of its starters under Kyle Shanahan. The clubs held a joint practice earlier this week.
