Supporter Information for FC Augsburg Pre-Season Friendly

Leeds United are back at Elland Road this afternoon for their final pre-season fixture ahead of the new campaign, welcoming FC Augsburg to West Yorkshire. Ahead of the match, we want to ensure supporters have all the relevant information they may need.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game, kick-off is scheduled for 3pm.

The Fan Zone areas will open at 1pm, with all supporters able to enter turnstiles from 1.30pm.

Billy’s Bar will open at 12pm and all lounges for those with hospitality tickets will be available for entry from 1pm.

There will be a variety of food and drink offerings available in areas around the ground, including outside the stadium and in all of the concourses. Further information is available online here.

Download your ticket:

Please ensure you have your Match Ticket downloaded ahead of the fixture to your Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure your smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your confirmation email. If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

For all away supporters travelling to Elland Road, you will also be using digital tickets for entry into the stadium, so please ensure this has been downloaded ahead of your arrival.

Matchday activity:

Our resident face painters will be in attendance ahead of kick-off, with Lucas the Kop Cat also making the rounds for our younger supporters.

Stadium redevelopment updates:

Due to ongoing redevelopment works, the Main West Stand Gate is closed and there is no through access. Please allow extra time to navigate Elland Road and surrounding areas whilst works are continuing.

Our new North Stand Ticket Office will be open for the game. It is located at the bottom of Lowfields Road across from the Fan Zone. The Ticket Office will be open from 9am until 2.30pm.

Wellbeing Team:

Our team of Wellbeing Officers will be working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters at Elland Road for every home game. You can identify them through the light blue bibs they wear and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any help, please just ask your nearest steward.

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room, sensory room or quiet room, please contactmatchday.safeguarding@leedsunited.comso they can assist and book in a time slot for you, when needed.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any inappropriate or dangerous behaviour, along with any form of discrimination (language and gestures) or tragedy chanting, and you could be breaking the law.

Forms of discrimination include but are not limited to racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, or any other form of religious or political discrimination.

There are tough measures and sanctions in place across all English football leagues to tackle dangerous and illegal behaviours within football grounds, and this involves fans attempting to enter the pitch, as well as the use of pyros and throwing objects.

To report any incidents during visits to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you can. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Travel to Elland Road:

We are asking all supporters to allow as much time as possible when travelling to the stadium, to try and help with traffic delays and congestion.

Please can all supporters also bear in mind when using bus services, cars or taxis to be careful when and where they are getting out of any vehicles. Those who disembark on the M621 and walk down the road are creating dangerous situations, and anyone who is blocking the roundabout, any junctions or pedestrian crossings are causing further problems with congestion.

As of the 2026/27 season, parking must be booked in advance of matchday on a game-by-game basis for all Leeds United home fixtures. There is no longer an option to pay on the day at any council car park, and supporters arriving without a pre-booked space will be turned away.

Digital car parking passes will be issued and must be downloaded to your phone's wallet in advance arrival and matchday. Please ensure your phone is fully charged and your ticket is saved to your wallet before setting off, as screenshots and email confirmations will not be accepted.

MATCHDAY TRAVEL & TRANSPORT HUB

The Leeds United Park and Ride service will be in operation in partnership with Hunters Coaches. Sites are operated at Temple Green and Stourton with the service starting two and-a-half hours before kick-off. Please be aware that tickets cannot be purchased on the day, you must book in advance. Tickets can be purchased for all home matches, three weeks in advance of the fixture. Click hereto purchase your Park and Ride tickets.

Age Policy:

We would like to remind supporters that children under the age of two years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to Health and Safety reasons. Ticket holders aged two to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above and be seated adjacent in the stadium bowl. Unaccompanied children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted into the stadium.

Please always ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Bag Policy:

To make Leeds United safe for everyone, there are restrictions on what you can bring in a bag into the stadium. Each person can only bring one small bag, and it must not be bigger than A4 size: Height 297mm (11.7 inches), Width 210mm (8.27 inches), Depth 210mm (8.27 inches).

Please note, this means the overall bag size. Bags that are half full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the above criteria above WILL be refused entry.

Please note, there are no bag or luggage storage facilities available. Any matchday merchandise you buy will be supplied in a clear plastic bag and will be allowed into the stadium. All items and bags carried by spectators and staff will be carefully inspected and searched when entering the stadium. This may include an electronic wanding or pat down.

We do make exceptions for medical equipment and a few other things, but you must get permission in advance. If this applies to you, please email accessibility@leedsunited.com ahead of the matchday.

A full list of prohibited items can be found HERE.
