Caitlin Clark continues to be a focal point in most WNBA conversations. That includes the discussion surrounding WNBA MVP favorites this season.

Fans were left in shock after Clark’s Indiana Fever teammate Aliyah Boston and WNBA legend Candace Parker shared their MVP favorites on the “Post Moves” podcast.

WNBA World Calls Out Aliyah Boston and Candace Parker over Caitlin Clark Snub

Boston and Parker shared four MVP favorites, with Clark appearing nowhere on the list.

Their list features A’ja Wilson, Olivia Miles, Kelsey Mitchell, and Paige Bueckers. Such a list had plenty of fans up in arms over the perceived snub of Clark.

A WNBA fan on X called out Boston for ignoring her own teammate.

“Imagine ignoring your teammate who is top 3 in points and assists for 2 other players at the same position with worse stats,” they wrote. “Yeah i think im finally ready for CC to move on to another team. I mean they have have many all-stars and obviously MVP worthy KM so they dont need CC.”

Clark is indeed third in the WNBA in points per game (21.7) and second in assists (8.2).

Another user on X added a similar sentiment regarding Boston.

“Constantly using her name for clicks but not giving your own teammate her well deserved flowers, AB losing my respect man,” they wrote.

Another fan noted that Boston’s perceived snub came after a huge game from Clark, adding to speculation about a movement against promoting Clark.

“This was last week’s episode where Caitlin had just had her triple double & 32 pt game vs Seattle,” they wrote. “This is the problem with podcasts talking about the league you play in. There are already people who believe Aliyah is trying to sabotage CC and this gives that ammo.”

Clark is a three-time All-Star early in her career and is seemingly one of the league’s faces to fans. Yet internally, the snubs continue to show up.

Another fan of the players expressed their disappointment openly on X as well.

“This,” they wrote in reference to Jason’s post. “@aa_boston and @PostMovesShow vibes since ASW have just been… Not it. So disappointing. Data doesn’t lie and the icing CC out of the MVP convo + the AB body language lately is LOUD. It’s giving me the ick for someone who used to be someone I respected so much.”

The backlash over snubbing Clark continues to mount, and at this point, fans are wondering why she is being ignored in what seem like simple and fun conversations.
