Seattle, Washington, has produced a lot of great back-to-back stories, and Kyle Brandt used the city’s musical history to prove that. Pearl Jam became famous with Ten, but they followed up with an arguably even better Vs. album. Facelift was a hit for Alice in Chains, and the sequel, Dirt, was even bigger. Nirvana is one of the most famous bands ever. Their first album, Bleach, was great, but Nevermind had a far greater influence on rock and roll.
These musical sequels were used by Brandt to foreshadow what he thinks the will do this year, and that is repeat as Super Bowl champions. Brandt acknowledges that the team’s Super Bowl 60 run was iconic, but he thinks that the follow up could be even better.

This is despite his admission that the are a superteam. After Trent McDuffie, and Jaylen Watson in the offseason, and convincing the Rams are clear-cut championship favorites this year. Their divisional rival is far from out of the championship picture, though, and a Seahawks Super Bowl win in SoFi Stadium, the home of the Rams, would be quite devastating for Los Angeles.

Furthermore, the team has high hopes for Jadarian Price as Kenneth Walker’s replacement, and the team’s defense is still stellar.
