The Brooklyn Nets still have over one month left of their offseason remaining before they reconvene for training camp in preparation for the upcoming 2026-27 NBA season after an eventful summer. Brooklyn has spent the majority of the offseason adding talent to the roster with the hope of performing better next season and it looks like the Nets are still in the mode of evaluating young players. The Nets signed forward Nick Pringle, formerly of the University of Arkansas to an Exhibit 10 contract, according to a report on Tuesday from NetsDaily. This news comes after Brooklyn completed much of their business this offseason now that the 2026 NBA Draft, summer league play, and free-agency are in the rearview mirror and now, the franchise can focus on who will be in camp in the fall. "NetsDaily has confirmed that the Brooklyn Nets are signing Nick Pringle, a 6’10”, 230-pound 24-year-old power forward out of Arkansas, to an Exhibit 10 deal," NetsDaily wrote on Tuesday when giving a short explanation on who Pringle is. "Pringle, who went undrafted in June, played last season at Arkansas with Darius Acuff and Trevon Brazile, drafted at No. 7 and 35th." Pringle, 24, spent six years playing college basketball as he began his career at Wofford before making stops at Dodge City Community College, Alabama, and South Carolina before playing his final year for the Razorbacks under head coach John Calipari. Pringle had the best season of his college career during the 2024-25 season when he averaged 9.5 points and 6.3 rebounds per game while shooting 57.2% from the field for the Gamecocks. After going undrafted in the 2026 draft, Pringle played in the Las Vegas Summer League as a member of the Boston Celtics, averaging 3.3 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while shooting 75.0% from the floor in 11.3 minutes played per contest. With the Nets having just one Two-Way contract left for a player to sign into, Pringle is likely competing for that spot. If Brooklyn looks elsewhere, he could be playing for the Long Island Nets, Brooklyn's G League afiliate, next season.

NetsDaily can confirm Nets are signing Nick Pringle to an Exhibit 10. An Ex10 does not necessarily mean a training camp invite. Nets often use it to fill out Long Island roster. Like Brooklyn, LI focusing on positional size, versatility. https://t.co/XXCY9Md3Ra — NetsDaily (@NetsDaily) August 18, 2026 This article originally appeared on Nets Wire: Report: Nets sign Alabama F Nick Pringle to Exhibit 10 contract
