Rafael Leao hit back at a report on social media claiming that he is seen as a ‘negative influence’ by Milan coach Ruben Amorim. ‘You lying.’
The Portugal international isn’t particularly active on X, formerly known as Twitter, but he took action when spotting a report reflecting La Gazzetta dello Sport’s story.
Leao refutes row with Amorim

It suggested that Amorim viewed Leao as a negative influence within the Milan dressing room, and that the coach had concerns over his impact on the squad environment.
“Maybe you’re because you lying,” replied Leao, along with three laughing face emojis.
It is true that the winger has been left out of the squad for today’s friendly match against Manchester United, but that is down to a minor injury and not a disciplinary matter.
It’s also fair to say that both the player and club have been trying to find a seller all summer, but the only low proposals so far have come from Galatasaray, Besiktas and Fenerbahce.
None of them came close to the original asking price of €50m plus €10m in add-ons, so the Rossoneri are set to lower their expectations and could let him leave for as little as €40m.
