rookie pitcher Andrew Painter traded baseballs for fish Monday during a visit to Pike Place Market. The rookie joined the fish toss before the Phillies began a three-game series vs. the Seattle Mariners at T-Mobile Park.

The stop gave Painter and several teammates time to enjoy one of the city’s signature attractions. Workers at Pike Place Fish Market routinely throw seafood across the counter while calling orders. The 23-year-old pitcher joined the market workers for a toss as his teammates watched the lighthearted moment unfold.
