The Mumbai-based fintech company is enabling the launch of gift cards and prepaid cards in collaboration with NSDL Payments Bank Limited and Mastercard Asia/Pacific. The arrangement combines Paramotor’s platform capabilities with NSDL Payments Bank’s banking infrastructure and Mastercard’s payments network. As part of this, an NSDL RuPay Reloadable Prepaid Card was also introduced.
Separately, Paramotor entered into an ecosystem agreement with TBX, formerly known as TransBnk, aimed at expanding the distribution reach of its platform. The two companies said they would explore scalable solutions for enterprises by combining Paramotor’s digital payments, rewards, loyalty and gifting capabilities with TBX’s transaction banking infrastructure.
The company also partnered with Osmo Atorie LLP, a character merchandise brand, to provide technology and infrastructure services for a closed-loop e-gift card launched at the festival.
Executive Chairperson Sonia Pankaj Asher said the arrangements were aimed at building “connected, digital-first value infrastructure for consumers and enterprises.”
Paramotor operates platforms including SpendPro, yayyy.shop, RewardOn and DevStack, covering consumer spend management, digital gifting, and rewards and loyalty services.
