“If he’s able to go, he’s the starting left guard.”

LaFleur’s declaration provides clarity after the Packers remained noncommittal earlier in the week about Banks’ role. However, whether the veteran can handle a full workload against Minnesota remains unresolved.

monitoring starting right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele, who will participate on a limited basis Wednesday. Bako-Bewele continues working back from offseason surgery to repair a partially torn patellar tendon suffered in December.

If both veterans play, the Packers will start Jordan Morgan at left tackle, Banks at left guard, Sean Rhyan at center, Jacob Monk at right guard, and Bako-Bewele at right tackle.
