The Pennsylvania Little League champions from West Chester now know who they will face in Friday's Mid-Atlantic Region Final in Bristol, CT.
The Delaware state champs, Naaman Little League, defeated Washington DC 7-2 Thursday to advance vs. Pennsylvania in the championship game today with a berth in The World Series at Williamsport on the line.
The title game can be seen on ESPN with first pitch set for 3 p.m. Friday. The winner Friday advances to the Little League World Series in Williamsport.
When did Morrisville, Levittown win Little League World championship?
International teams have won the majority of the Little League World Series titles in recent years, but two Bucks County teams hold the honor of keeping the crown in the United States. The 1955 Morrisville 12 year olds took the title and five years later in 1960, Levittown duplicated the feat.
