Namma Santhe will operate through a physical store at Namma Yatri’s Bengaluru office and an online storefront that delivers products to drivers’ homes across the city, the company said.
The platform will offer mobile phones and accessories, three-wheelers, automotive essentials, rain covers, safety products, electronics, household essentials, personal care items and work accessories, among other products.
According to Namma Yatri and Keystones, products will be sourced directly from OEMs, manufacturers, authorised distributors, and verified suppliers. Suppliers and products will be checked for authenticity, quality and warranty support before being listed.
Namma Yatri said it will not charge a margin on sales. Prices will be benchmarked against online and offline markets, after which the companies will negotiate bulk and institutional rates with suppliers. Any resulting savings will be passed on to drivers where possible, the company said.

“Most conversations about driver livelihoods are about what a driver earns. Very few are about what he spends,” said Rajiv Ravindran, Head of Namma Yatri Karnataka. “Namma Santhe is our solution for that. We take no margin on it.”
Participation in the platform is optional, with no minimum purchase requirement, EMI, earnings deduction or link to subscription status. Purchases will also not affect ride allocation, Namma Yatri said.
The company said Namma Santhe is part of its broader driver-welfare initiatives, which include the Mahila Shakti programme for women drivers, access to low-cost credit, savings programmes and integration with social-security schemes.
Namma Yatri currently has more than 1.6 crore registered users, 1.3 million monthly active users and around 7.71 lakh enabled drivers, according to the company. Its driver network has completed more than 14.98 crore trips, generating approximately Rs 2,627 crore in driver earnings.
The physical Namma Santhe store at Namma Yatri’s Koramangala office in Bengaluru will operate from 11 am to 7 pm. Drivers can also place orders through the Namma Yatri app.
