That’s once again the case in the 2027 cycle. Omaha (Neb.) Westside four-star QB committed to the Tigers on Dec. 4 last year. He’s since been flanked by 18 other commits, creating a class that ranks 27th nationally, according to the Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
The usual Midwest flavor is prevalent. Warren is the lone pledge from Nebraska, but there are six in-state blue-chippers in the class. Headlining that group is Saint Charles Francis Howell Central four-star tight end , the nation’s No. 7 TE.
Brown is the No. 2 player in the Show-Me State this cycle. Lee’s Summit West four-star wide receiver and Kansas City St. Pius X four-star interior offensive lineman are right behind as the state’s No. 3 and 4 senior prospects.
Kuhn was one of 10 June commitments for Mizzou. Saint Louis St. Mary’s four-star running back flipped from Auburn toward the end of the month, while Memphis Lausanne Collegiate four-star WR was a big-time win on June 11.
Kuhn is also the headliner for a large haul on the offensive line. There’s an additional five IOL commits toward the bottom of the class, including La Grange Park (Ill.) Nazareth Academy three-star and Southlake (Texas) Carroll three-star .
The class also sits at 12th among the 16 teams in the SEC, ahead of just Alabama, Vanderbilt, Arkansas and Mississippi State. The last time Mizzou signed a top-25 class nationally was the 2025 cycle, when it inked the No. 18 haul. Below is a look at the Tigers’ 2027 class, as of Aug. 24:
