The company introduced ultrafiltration technology for manufacturing Skyr and Greek yoghurt in 2022. The new plant has 150 tonne-a-day capacity and has come up at an investment of ₹40 crore. “The company installed its customised multi-product yoghurt manufacturing facility in 2022 with a capacity of about 20 tonne-a-day. Since then, annual demand for the category has grown by more than 50 %,” the company said in a press release.
