The Rossoneri could exclude the outcasts from the first two Serie A matches while they work on their departures. It’ll depend on their additions and overall depth.
Milan also plan to part ways with Santiago Gomez, David Odogu, Warren Bondo, Filippo Terracciano, and David Odogu. Instead, a few more, like Pervis Estupinan, Samuele Ricci, and Rafael Leao will depart only for a worthy offer. The Portuguese attacker, who’s the thorniest case, is dealing with a thigh problem that could sideline him initially.
Amorim has also changed his mind about a pair. Yunus Musah and Ruben Loftus-Cheek won him over in practice and are no longer on their way out. The former can handle multiple roles, while the Englishman has been utilized extensively as a no. 10. He could start versus Torino, given the absences.
As for Nkunku, Roma tried hard to get him in January. He has a high salary, €5M, but the Rossoneri had shown interest in Matias Soulé, and there could be something there, Calciomercato informs.

It’s easy to make these calls, and none is surprising, but it’s a lot harder to actually offload them without taking a bath and replenish the squad with better options. They’ll have to get incredibly busy in the last two weeks, and some will likely end up staying anyway. The Giallorossi were probably keener on the Frenchman before adding Donyell Malen and Santiago Castro.
