Although PSG's season has already got underway, in the form of the UEFA Super Cup victory against Premier League side in Salzburg, Austria, the transfer window is still very much at the front and centre of people's mind, with still over two weeks remaining.  Despite winning the UEFA Champions League last season, for a second consecutive year, there is a bit of a rebuild going on at the Parc Des Princes this summer. We have already seen the likes of Goncalo Ramos and Kang-in Lee depart the club, whilst Lucas Digne, and Maghnes Akliouche have come in, with Ferran Torres set to join any day now.  Well, he will also be joined by a fellow new signing in the coming days. Indeed so, as high profile Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has used his 'Here we Go' catchphrase for PSG to complete the signing of Belgian winger, Mika Godts from AFC Ajax - one day after doing the same with Torres.  He reports that the package will be worth 55 million Euros, so we can assume a smaller fee than that with add ons that take it up to 55 million, if they are met by the player, based on individual and collective achievements. Documents are yet to be exchanged, but there is now a verbal agreement in place between the two clubs.  Great stuff. The Trophee des Champions clash with RC Lens on Sunday evening will no doubt come a little too early, but if the deal can be completed this weekend, and he gets a full week of training - or at least close to that - he could be in contention to be involved against Rennes next weekend for the opening game of the Ligue 1 season. That would be very exciting.  Last season in the Eredivise, Godts scored 17 goals, provided 12 assists and created 14 big chances, in 32 games and 30 starts, very good numbers at just 20 years of age (now 21). It sadly wasn't enough for him to make the Belgium squad for the World Cup, but he did make his debut for the national team in March of this year as a reward for his fine form in the Netherlands.  Assuming that Bradley Barcola does leave, which now feels more likely, this feels like a very sensible replacement. He will provide good depth for the magicial Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, particularly in the league.
