The Mariners season is likely over, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop here at Lookout Landing.
Emerson Hancock takes the mound for the good guys today, and will oppose one of the skis tonight. No, not Jacob Misiorowski, nor Hayden Wrobelski, who face each other in Los Angeles — boy do I wish I was watching that game tonight instead. No, also not Parker Mushinski, who pitched in relief today for the Rockies. The Astros will instead hand the ball Hayden Wesneski. The two things I know about him is he’s a Houston native and someone the Mariners have smacked around in the past. I’d prefer to learn nothing new about him today.
I think we’ve passed the point where Lineup Analysis is interesting in any way. But hey, Brock Rodden is back in there at shortstop, and Victor Robles gets another start, this time in right field with Julio back in center.
