Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R gets new colours overseas

has unveiled two new colours overseas for its middle-weight supersport - the Ninja ZX-6R - for 2027. However, apart from that cosmetic change, the bike remains mechanically unchanged.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R colours: What’s new?

ZX-6R's 636cc engine produces 124hp and 69Nm

The ZX-6R is offered in a total of three colours overseas for the 2027 model year. Out of the three colours, two of them are new. The third colour is identical to the one sold here in India - Lime Green and Blue. Both the new colours come with a black base but the ‘Metallic Matte Carbon Gray’ comes with contrasting green wheels and a splash of green across the bodywork. The other colour is much more stealthy and comes with grey accents over a black base with black wheels. 

Apart from these changes the ZX-6R remains mechanically unchanged and continues to be powered by the delectable 636cc, inline-4, liquid-cooled engine that produces 124hp and 69Nm, mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Currently, there’s no word on when these new colours for the ZX-6R will make it to India and it remains to be seen if they do.
