Yashoda Mohan’s work ‘Tadya Kadapunaga’ has been selected for the 2024 poetry award, while Akshata Raj Perla’s ‘Mandara Malaka’ has been chosen for the 2024 award in drama category.
For the year 2025, Rupakala Alva’s ‘Pammakkena Pormbata’ has been selected for the novel award, and Ashok N. Kadeshivalaya’s ‘Badk Bagyoda Bolpu’ has been chosen for the poetry award.
Each award carries a cash prize of ₹25,000 and a citation plaque.
The award presentation ceremony will be held on October 4 at Ravindra Kalakshetra in Bengaluru, the academy said in a release.
