Zion Suzuki is all set to join Paris Saint-Germain from Parma and has now been given the all-clear to immediately head out on loan to join Juventus for the 2026-27 season following the UEFA Super Cup tie between the Parisians and Aston Villa on Wednesday night.
Suzuki all set for Juventus after PSG Super Cup victory
According to reports earlier this week, PSG have found an agreement with Parma to sign Japan international goalkeeper Suzuki on a permanent deal worth €35m including bonuses. Tuttosport have the figures down as €36m on Thursday.
After completing his permanent transfer to PSG, Suzuki is then expected to head out on loan to join Juventus for 2025-26. This is because Matvei Safnovo is still expected to be the no.1 choice for PSG in 2026-27 and Juventus are hoping to use Suzuki as a stop-gap before attempting to sign Alisson Becker on a free transfer from Liverpool next summer.
According to Thursday’s reports from Tuttosport, Suzuki has given his approval to joining Juventus on loan for the 2026-27 season, and with agreements in place between the Bianconeri and PSG, and between PSG and Parma, all that remains is for the final formalities to be completed.
Juventus and PSG are expected to divide the player’s salary equally for the duration of his loan spell.

Suzuki is expected to arrive in Paris on either Thursday or Friday to have his medical test and will then head over to Turin over the weekend to complete his loan move.
According to Thursday’s report, PSG wanted to wait until the end of Wednesday night’s UEFA Super Cup clash against Aston Villa before sanctioning Suzuki’s loan, in case of injury to either Safonov or Lucas Chevalier on the night.
