While the were able to complete the sweep yesterday against the , their starting pitcher Jake Bennett was lit up in the first couple of innings, giving up three runs before Boston had a chance to score.
When he was first called up, Bennett was a phenom for the Red Sox. However, in his past few, it’s looking like the innings he’s pitched are catching up to him.

To be fair to him, it’s not really his fault, as he’s just hit his current limit. He’s dozens of innings over his career-high before this season, and he had Tommy John surgery just a couple years ago.
