After a long offseason of celebrations, roster moves and training camp, the Seahawks officially begin their 2026 season this week. On Saturday, Aug. 15, the team takes on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 of the 2026 preseason.
It will be over 185 days since the Seahawks won Super Bowl 60, and the team returns to Seattle for their only home preseason game of 2026.
