The Field of Dreams game is one of the marquee events on Major League Baseball's schedule, and the league invited many of the game's greats to be part of the festivities.
From media personalities to Minnesota Twins and Philadelphia Phillies legends, former players took center stage for a variety of reasons in Iowa. This is both the Twins' and Phillies' first time playing in this event, making it so the teams brought more than just their current rosters.
In fact, the Hall of Famers had their own special segment as part of the pregame ceremony, making baseball history the centerpiece of the game.

Hall of Famers at the Field of Dreams game
As part of the pregame ceremony, a large group of Hall of Famers joined the players onto the field to celebrate the history of the game.
While there was an emphasis on former Twins and Phillies, the group of Hall of Famers represented several teams and decades. Here is the moving video of the players emerging from teh Firld of Dream corn field as well as a list of the 26 Hall of Famers who made the trip:
