Former Wisconsin Badgers wide receiver Vinny Anthony II has seemingly done everything in his power to make the Atlanta Falcons roster.
That said, Badgers fans can't get too far ahead of themselves.
ESPN's Marc Raimondi recently revealed his 53-man roster projection for the Falcons, and it's a list that didn't include Anthony.
Fresh off a preseason game where he led the team in targets (four) and receptions (four), this comes as a major surprise.
When it comes to the team's wide receiver core, Raimondi has Drake London, Jahan Dotson, Olamide Zaccheaus, Zachariah Branch, and Chris Blair listed ahead of Anthony.
Anthony not making the team would be a major surprise, especially since Atlanta has also been using him on special teams.
At the end of the day, only time will tell ahead of the 53-man rosters, which must be named by 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 30.
