Fabregas opens door to sign youngsters from Arsenal

Cesc Fabregas is doing an impressive job at Como and has developed a reputation for being a good manager for young talents, thanks to what he has helped Nico Paz and others become. The former Arsenal midfielder stunned Italian football when he led Como to qualify for the Champions League at the end of last season, and Arsenal may welcome the opportunity to send some of their youngsters to work with him and continue developing.

Fabregas is quietly becoming one of the most promising managers around, and his side recently faced Arsenal in a pre-season game. The former midfielder would therefore have seen more of Arsenal’s youngsters, with several of them featuring in the match. He was happy to see the progress they are making and that the Gunners continue to trust teenagers with playing time, just as they did when he joined them.

Fabregas Open To Arsenal Youngsters

Arsenal signed Fabregas from Barcelona’s La Masia, and he went on to become one of the best midfielders in the game before eventually retiring and moving into management. His experience of developing as a young player at Arsenal could make him well placed to understand the opportunities available to the club’s emerging talents.

After the game, he spoke about Arsenal’s youngsters and opened the door to signing some of them if Arsenal allow them to make such arrangements happen. As reported by The Sun, Fabregas is open to taking them on loan or permanently with a buy-back clause.

Arsenal Could Explore Loan Option

A buy-back clause would give Arsenal control over a player’s future while allowing the youngster to gain valuable first-team experience at Como. Working under Fabregas could also provide an opportunity for Arsenal’s young players to develop in a competitive environment.

The Gunners should therefore consider exploring the option soon, particularly if they believe some of their youngsters would benefit from regular football elsewhere. Fabregas has already shown that he can work effectively with young talents, making Como a potentially useful destination for Arsenal players seeking more experience.
