Rain is expected to begin around 7 p.m., according to the National Weather Service of Wilmington – the same time the Bengals will kickoff against the Detroit Lions at Paycor Stadium, as well as when the evening portion of the Cincinnati Open's first round is scheduled to begin. "It's good weather until about 7 p.m.," said meteorologist James Gibson.
It's hard to know where exactly rain will fall, he said. But an afternoon model suggested downtown Cincinnati was more likely to receive rain than Mason, according to Gibson.
