The Philadelphia Eagles kickoff the 2026 NFL preseason on Saturday evening with a road game against the Baltimore Ravens. (Click here for ways to watch!)
There’s a lot to be excited about when the Eagles take the field, and even if we won’t get a big preview of all the new stuff, there’s plenty to keep an eye on. There are position battles on both sides of the ball, game day operations to sort out, and Sean Mannion having a chance to call plays for the first time in a live setting.
Here are some things I’m looking forward to on Saturday night:
- OL depth, particularly rookie Markel Bell
- Seeing the variety of skillsets from the wide receivers
- The safety position post-Reed Blankenship
- If Jake Elliott is back into a rhythm or if we should expect some competition
- How much clock is left when the offense gets to the line
