What Leavitt lacks in pure pocket distribution, as his career 61.4% completion rate will attest, he makes up for with an instinctive ability to create outside of structure. He doesn’t take unnecessary chances, throwing just nine interceptions over 589 pass attempts spanning the last two seasons with 34 touchdown passes over just 20 games due to injury. Where Leavitt separates himself is his ability to make plays via designed runs or scrambles, as he ran for 443 yards and five touchdowns in 2024 before upping his productivity to 44 rush yards per game, which is a full 10 yards per game more than his 2024 stat line. Now under the wing of offensive guru Lane Kiffin, Leavitt is poised to boost his 22.5 fantasy PPG average and become a locked-in, weekly fantasy starter. Beau Pribula, QB, Missouri —> Virginia Pribula transferred from Penn State to Missouri last year after serving as Drew Allar’s understudy the previous three years. Pribula led the Tigers to a 5-0 record with every victory coming by 11+ points until ‘Bama knocked them off in a closely contested 27-24 loss. He scored 20+ fantasy PPG in five of those first six games, with just an 11-point showing against lowly UMass in a 42-6 laugher, where Pribula completed 26-of-29 passes and was on ice early in the second half. Unfortunately, he sustained an injury against Vandy on 10/25 that derailed his 2025 season and obscured his promising start. Now with Pribula at UVA and playing a mouth-watering ACC schedule behind a stout offensive line that returns 165 starts, he is a smoking value in the last round of must P4 drafts Cam Cook, RB, Jacksonville State —> West Virginia A true G6 CFF superstar last year, Cook made good on his transfer down from TCU to Jacksonville State by logging a workhorse 295-carry campaign with 30 receptions, displaying legitimate all-purpose utility while averaging a gaudy 24.7 fantasy PPG. He now leaves Jax State for West Virginia, where former JSU HC Rich Rodriguez intends to use him just as much in his ultra RB-friendly scheme. His 34% broken tackle rate, 3.9 YAC and 515 squat should help Cook transition back to the P4 smoothly and carve out a bellcow role for a WVU squad that should approach 200 rushing yards per game in Year 2 of Rich Rod’s return to Morgantown. Kendrick Raphael, RB, Cal —> SMU
Another multi-time transfer who left NC State for the opportunity to be the RB1 at Cal, Raphael was plagued by Cal’s brutal offensive line that ranked a pitiful 134th in yards before contact, 129th with a 46.2% blown block rate and dead last nationally in yards per successful rush (7.1). Despite the unfavorable running environment that exposed him to a lot of contact, he dutifully grinded to 265 blocking-free touches, 935 rushing yards and 13 TDs. Raphael handled an eye-popping 62% of Cal’s rushing opportunities, which was the second-heaviest workload in FBS. Last year, SMU HC Rhett Lashlee gave RB1 Tomarion Harden just 44% of the carries, so it will be interesting to see what the volume-dependent Raphael receives in 2026. Adam Mohammed, RB, Washington —> Cal Mohammed leaves Washington, where he posted a pair of 100-yard games against UCLA and Oregon in the final two games of the regular season in relief of injured starter Jonah Coleman. As fate would have it, former Oregon DC Tosh Lupoi was named the new head coach at Cal, and one of his first actions as the new head of the program was to bring in Mohammed as RB1. His advanced metrics support the primary role with an excellent 38% broken tackle rate. An advanced receiver, he secured 17-of-19 targets with a commendable 1.1 yards per route average. Expect to see Mohammed clear the 200+ carry mark and be a weekly fantasy RB2.
Nick Marsh, WR, Michigan State —> Indiana My personal favorite transfer wideout of the 2026 transfer cycle, Marsh was victimized by exceptionally poor QB play, as QB Aiden Chiles ranked bottom-five in the P4 in on-target pass rate. In addition to a 29% team target share, Marsh commanded a greedy 75 targets over his final seven games, but failed to record a single 100-yard game. He’s superb on isolation 1-on-1’s and quick hits on the outside, when he’s singled-up with smaller boundary corners. His unreal 48% broken tackle rate and reported 4.46s 40-speed will help Marsh adjust seamlessly to Elijah Sarratt’s vacated X-WR role. I believe Marsh is going to tear apart the Big Ten and solidify himself as a bonafide first-round NFL Draft selection in 2027. Omarion Miller, WR, Colorado —> Arizona State Miller came on strong in his final seven games accruing 608 of his 808 yards and 32 of his 45 receptions, as he took over the Buffs’ receiving room while cashing in seven touchdowns over that span. His 34% deep target rate and 3.4 fantasy points per touch average foreshadows Jordyn Tyson-type target potential in Kenny Dillingham’s WR-friendly system. Miller has already proven that he can win at all three levels and gain considerable separation on his breaks, now that he’s in a more structured offensive environment, and out of the Deion Sanders vortex, I expect Miller to be a high-volume target who moves all over the formation and provides a versatile, weapon for ASU opposite true-X sideline maven Reed Harris. Ian Strong, WR, Rutgers —> Cal
Strong entered last season as the clear WR1 for the Scarlet Knights after catching 42 passes for 668 yards and five touchdowns in 2024. However, the emergence of massive 6’6” X-WR KJ Duff, who was simply a jump-ball machine on the sideline last year, hurt Strong. He still made his presence felt when he was in the lineup, averaging a fantastic 15.8 PPG while being limited to nine games after sustaining an injury early in the game vs. Oregon. At Rutgers, only 16% of his routes went downfield, yet he still produced 2.02 yards per route, caught 17 contested balls and forced 11 missed tackles. With Cal sophomore sensation QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele now throwing to him, Strong will see an uptick in high-quality targets. Benjamin Brahmer, TE, Iowa State —> Penn State The Brahmer Bull follows head coach Matt Campbell from Iowa State to State College and is expected to be the next great Penn State tight end in a long, illustrious legacy of Nittany Lions. Brahmer commanded a solid 18.5% target share while aligned wide on a superb 8.1% of snaps, showing Campbell’s confidence in his ability to win in 1-on-1 situations. His 9.0-yard average depth of target is one of the best marks among all returnees, providing healthy downfield usage. He also has the advantage of working with longtime QB Rocco Becht, who ranked No. 1 among all returning P4 signal callers in plus throw rate last year. Brahmer should be a priority at TE once the top-three options are off the board.
