It's always nice receiving new threads before the start of the high school football season.
It's even better if you're getting them from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes has expanded his Adidas footprint even further into the high school football space, with 28 schools receiving new jerseys and gear under his Gladiator line. Of those 28, five USA TODAY Super 25 programs will also be receiving them, headlined by Corona Centennial (CA), Baylor School (TN), Grayson (GA), Southlake Carroll (TX) and Chandler (AZ).
Earlier this year, Mahomes gave back to his alma mater, Texas Tech, as the Red Raiders received new threads with the Mahomes logo on the left shoulder area.
