and the Indiana Fever will look to end their two-game skid Sunday when they face the Chicago Sky. Indiana is wrapping up a demanding five-game road trip after consecutive losses to the Dallas Wings and New York Liberty, a difficult stretch for a team that had previously won five straight.
The Fever dropped to fifth in the standings are now looking to finish the trip with a victory before returning home to host the Connecticut Sun on Thursday.
Indiana had enough production from its top players Saturday against New York, but it still was not enough. Clark finished with 21 points and seven assists, while Kelsey Mitchell scored 25 points and Aliyah Boston added 22 points as Indiana fell 109-102.

“This stretch is hard. My body is sore. I’m tired. Everybody is, it’s not an excuse,” Clark said (h/t Kris Pursiainen of ClutchPoints).
The Fever will now try to regroup against a redhot Chicago team. The Sky have won three straight, with their latest victory coming Friday against the Golden State Valkyries courtesy of a Sydney Taylor game-winning 3-pointer.
Chicago also enters Sunday with a rest advantage. The Sky played Friday and had Saturday off, while Indiana will be playing the second night of a back-to-back.
The Fever already defeated the Sky 90-86 on Aug. 8, with Mitchell scoring 27 points and Clark recording 26 points and 11 assists.
Chicago and Indiana will tip off at 7 p.m. ET at Wintrust Arena. The Fever will need Clark, Mitchell and Boston to lead the way again as they seek their 25th win of the season.
