Caitlin Clark gave a gift to all her Indiana Fever teammates after the franchise’s 98-87 win over the Dallas Wings for a 22-12 record.

The Fever have the fourth-best record in the WNBA and are fighting atop the standings, still in realistic contention to finish the season as high as second, currently just three games behind the Valkyries.

Clark and Kelsey Mitchell have been leading them as a high-scoring duo, with Caitlin showing her appreciation to all her Fever teammates after their latest win.

Caitlin Clark’s gesture for Fever teammates revealed

After the Fever’s win over the Wings, Fever guard Tyasha Harris put up an Instagram story showing all the gifts Clark gave her teammates, including several pairs of Nike shoes as well as her CC1s.

“Christmas came early.”

There were five pairs on Harris’ chair, so it can be presumed that all her teammates received these five pairs of shoes, alongside other basic accessories.

Clark is a Nike Signature athlete and just recently received her first signature shoe, the CC 1s. Her signature shoes are expected to release in October, but her Fever teammates got an exclusive sneak peek a few months in advance.

Caitlin Clark is having an MVP season

While Clark isn’t the favorite to win MVP this season, there is no arguing that she’s having an MVP-caliber season.

Clark is averaging 21.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 8.3 assists this season, on pace to be the most productive offensive season in NBA history when combining points and assists.

If she continues leading the Fever to more wins over their last 10 games of the season, there is a chance she becomes a more credible threat in the MVP race.

The favorite for the award right now would be Las Vegas Aces’ A’ja Wilson, with Clark’s own teammate, Kelsey Mitchell, also likely ranking ahead of Clark in terms of MVP buzz.

But Clark’s ridiculous offensive output and importance to the Fever this season can’t be downplayed. She could make a push for the MVP, but it will require her to have the best 10-game stretch of her life.
