Konstantelias joined PAOK at the age of ten and subsequently came up through the club’s youth system. At 17, the attacking player made his debut for the team. He spent the second half of the 2021–22 season on loan at KAS Eupen in Belgium (seven appearances).
For his home club’s first team, Konstantelias played in 186 competitive matches, scoring 41 goals. With PAOK, he won the Greek league title (2024) and the Greek Cup (2021).

We see a lot of potential in him and are convinced that he’ll fit very well into the team. After playing for the Greek U16, U19, and U21 national teams, Konstantelias made his debut for the senior national team in March 2023, for which he has since appeared 18 times (scoring four goals).
