With LIV Golf seemingly on its last legs, Bryson DeChambeau’s latest social media post could prove to be quite an ominous one.
The golfing world has known for a while that LIV Golf has been struggling, ever since Saudi Arabia’s PIF withdrew their financial backing beyond 2026.
The leadership has been looking to get fresh investment to transition into a new era, but there hasn’t been much positive news on that front so far.
With questions over whether the top stars like Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau will continue to be involved, the latter’s latest social media post suggests it might be over.
Bryson DeChambeau posts pictures of greatest LIV Golf moments with ‘good run’ caption
The 32-year-old is set to play in the Nedbank Golf Challenge in December of this year. It will be the first time he has played in the DP World Tour since 2022.
While some are holding out hope for LIV Golf, one of their biggest names committing to something like this is an undeniable sign. And that’s what made his post all the more interesting.
“It was a good run,” DeChambeau captioned an Instagram post in which he shared pictures of his greatest victories of the last four years.
While it isn’t explicitly stated to be so, it’s hard to dispute that this reads like a farewell. Fans seem excited to watch the American potentially return to the PGA Tour.
DeChambeau earned over $15 million during the 2026 season and reportedly made over $180 million throughout his LIV Golf tenure.
DeChambeau won five individual LIV Golf titles and his team, Crushers GC, won 11 regular-season tournament titles. If this is the end, then it certainly was a good run for Bryson.
