Keirsey, 29, has appeared in a total of 80 big league games, all of which came with the Minnesota Twins from 2024-2025. He’s hit just .113 at the MLB level with a .355 OPS. In the minor leagues this season, Keirsey has recorded a .247 batting average and .649 OPS across 109 games played at Triple-A.

Thomas has hit .224 to go along with a .702 OPS in 118 games played between the Kansas City Royals and Braves in 2026. He was traded to Atlanta before the deadline in early August.
Overall, Atlanta is currently 86-61. The Braves are four games ahead of the Philadelphia Phillies in the National League East standings. On Friday, the Braves and Phillies will begin a crucial three-game series that will certainly go a long way toward determining which ball club ends up winning the NL East.
