FC Barcelona have confirmed their first-team squad numbers for the 2026/27 season.
Fourteen players will wear different shirt numbers this season, including all three of Hansi Flick’s first-team goalkeepers. Joan Garcia takes the illustrious 1 shirt, with Wojciech Szczęsny claiming the number 13 and Dominik Livaković set to sport the number 25.
Fermín López takes the number 7 shirt left vacant by Ferran Torres’ summer departure, while Roony Bardghi takes the number 19. Brian Fariñas will wear the number 4, previously donned by Ronald Araújo, who will spend the upcoming season on loan at Liverpool. Xavi Espart will wear the number 12 shirt during his first full season with the senior team.
As for the new signings, Gabriel Jesus takes the number 9 shirt previously worn by Robert Lewandowski. Marcus Rashford’s number 14 shirt has been claimed by Karim Adeyemi, and Rodri will continue to wear the number 16 shirt in his first season as a Barça player.
With Marc Casadó being loaned out to Deportivo A Coruña for the duration of the 2026/27 season, Anthony Gordon takes the number 17 shirt. João Cancelo will wear the number 2, which was vacant throughout last season.
Jesse Bisiwu and Hamza Abdelkarim will wear the numbers 27 and 29 respectively.
