With only a few hours left until the first iPhone launch event since John Ternus says the name of the is the iPhone Duo. The midnight report suggests it will have a price starting at $2,000 for a model with 256GB of storage, shipping starting as soon as October in two colors: white and dark blue.

So far, the rumored foldable has been mostly referred to as the iPhone Ultra, while the Duo name would raise a title that Google used for one of its and that Microsoft already applied to its own foldable devices, with the and .

Meanwhile, its starting price could make it more expensive than the cheapest versions of Google’s Pixel 11 Pro Fold and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 base model, which start at $1,899, but lower than the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra’s $2,099.99 price.
