Apple TV adds these classics at no extra cost

If you already have an Apple TV subscription, there is some good news. You can now watch a selection of popular Hollywood movies without paying extra to rent or buy them.Apple has added a collection of older hits to its streaming catalogue, including The Martian, Arrival, Titanic, The Sixth Sense and Gone Girl. The company tried a similar experiment a few years ago, but that catalogue did not remain available for long.How much does Apple TV cost?In the US, Apple TV costs $12.99 per month or $99 per year. Ted Lasso, The Studio and CODA have helped establish the service, while F1 became a major success for Apple's growing entertainment business.Apple dropped the “+” from Apple TV last year, and the company appears to be putting more emphasis on making the service a broader entertainment destination.Incoming CEO John Ternus said in July that he wants to build on Apple's momentum in entertainment, while CEO Tim Cook said the company's strategy is to focus on offering quality rather than simply having the biggest catalogue.
