The Associated Press unveiled the preseason rankings for the 2026 college football season on Monday. And the Big Ten is the favorite conference to win the College Football Playoff again.
The conference has won three straight national championships with Michigan, Ohio State and Indiana. The Buckeyes earned the most first-place votes (40) in the AP preseason poll.

Georgia was the last non-Big Ten team to win the College Football Playoff. This year, the Bulldogs will start off the season ranked at No. 3. They did not receive any first-place votes.
Georgia Tech received four total points and will begin the season unranked.
