Which is saying something because several creatives across comics and films have stretched the limits of his healing powers considerably.

Healing quickly to the point that lost limbs and even internal organs literally grow back is arguably one of fiction's greatest and most useful abilities. It's a power that's been included in countless stories and helped being literally torn apart, having his skeleton ripped out, and even having everything except his metal skeleton incinerated (which doesn’t make a lot of sense). Still, those impressive feats fail to impress when compared to some of the most broken regenerators in the anime medium.

5 One Piece's Knights Of God

While the One Piece, which is filled with powerful characters with exotic and fascinating abilities, the final arcs had the challenge of creating antagonists that could realistically challenge Luffy and his leveled-up Straw Hat crew, and the corrupt World Government's Knights of God did exactly that. Without giving too much of the plot away, there is a secret King of the World with otherworldly powers that allow him to bestow others with immortal bodies and extreme levels of strength, but at the cost of their free will.

Those who have agreed to a covenant with the World Government's shadow leader have proven the ability to survive annihilation. One particular Knight of God named Gunko only took around three seconds to regenerate her entire top half after an explosive direct hit from the Straw Hat's sharpshooter Usopp. She then soundly defeated and restrained almost half of Luffy's crew. Besides finding a way to restrain the immortal monsters, very few characters in One Piece's world wield a special power capable of leaving permanent damage on such foes, while the only other option for most is to run.

4 Dragon Ball's Majin Buu

The Dragon Ball Z anime was arguably the franchise's most intimidating villain of the franchise, Majin Buu. After being sealed for millions of years, the pink agent of chaos was unleashed upon Earth, which was not ready for him. One of the series most iconic moments sees Vegeta's beautiful character arc reach its conclusion when he uses all his energy to wipe out Majin Buu with a sacrificial explosion that could be seen from space. It unfortunately proved to be a waste, with Buu still being able to reform after complete obliteration.

3 Demon Slayer's Ultimate Villain Muzan

The absolutely stunning Demon Slayer anime has caught the attention of many around the world with its top-class animation and simple but gripping story. It began with a young man named Tanjiro Kamado coming home to find everyone in his family brutally murdered, except for his sister who'd been transformed into a demon of the night. So begins their quest to cure his sister, but that journey would inevitably clash with the monster that decimated the Kamado family, and one of the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle film shows Muzan finally uncovering the headquarters of the Demon Slayers organization. What awaits him is a trap and a bomb that is shown decimating the entire grounds in seconds. Before he can fully heal, he's assaulted by the strongest fighters in the series. One of them successfully annihilates Muzan's head and torso with a large morning star. Still, the series' ultimate antagonist manages to brush off all the damage and regenerate everything in a second, seemingly invincible to anything besides sunlight.

Hellsing is a series that is not for the faint of heart with its extreme levels of gore and massive casualty count, but every time the character Alucard is on the screen, it’s a lot of fun to watch.
