Two Denver Broncos players have changed their jersey numbers, and a new arrival has picked his number.
Undrafted rookie cornerback Brent Austin switched from No. 25 to No. 33 after sharing No. 25 with running back Cody Schrader this summer. Austin and Schrader both made the club's practice squad, so Austin, a rookie, needed to switch.
Another UDFA, wide receiver Dane Key, switched to No. 87 after wearing No. 32 this summer. Key is the younger brother of Broncos All-Pro special teamer Devon Key. "In fairness to both of them, it was more of a coincidence than it was, ‘Let’s keep his brother,’" Denver coach Sean Payton said of signing the younger Key. "He [Dane] earned it."
Finally, the club's newest player, practice squad outside linebacker David Agoha, picked No. 53. The Nigerian-born pass rusher previously wore Nos. 55 and 58 earlier in his NFL career.

Denver's 53-man roster and 17-player practice squad are now both set as the team prepares for a Monday Night Football showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1 (Sept. 14).
